This policy covers the data processing practices of Ostrich VPN for Android of Geware Technology Ltd.

Device information, Crash logs, diagnostics and other performance information. We may collect data about how your use the app, app performs, diagnostics, to see how many users are using a particular feature, to monitor app health, to diagnose and fix bugs or crashes, or to make future performance improvements. This may include product analytics such as approximate country signals, whether configuration or server lists were fetched successfully, whether a VPN tunnel connected, and whether basic internet reachability checks succeed after connecting. We use GameAnalytics as a trusted provider for such product analytics. However, we do not log any information that associates your identity with your VPN browsing activity. We do not maintain any records that show what you were browsing or accessing through a VPN connection.
Installed apps. The per-app proxy feature reads the list of apps installed on your device so you can choose which apps use the VPN. This list is used only to provide the per-app proxy feature; we do not store it on our servers, use it for advertising or analytics, or share it with third parties.
Advertising. The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad interaction and diagnostic data to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
When you submit support requests or bug reports, we will collect the data that you choose to share with us about the issue being reported.
We use your information in order to provide you with the Service. This means that we will use the information to set up your account, provide you with support regarding the Service, communicate with you for updates, marketing offers or concerns you may have and conduct statistical and analytical research to improve the Service.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share VPN browsing content with third parties. We may share limited product analytics and service-operation data with trusted processors (including GameAnalytics for product analytics, payment processors, hosting providers, and advertising SDKs that support the free version), solely to operate, secure, and improve our services—not to sell your data or reconstruct your VPN traffic.
